THE latest battle in rugby's Wars of the Roses sees Sedgley take on Leeds at Park Lane, Saturday, February 27, kick-off 2.30pm, it what is the Tigers' biggest game so far this season.
Title favourites the Tykes, who were twice behind in the first game between the two at Headingley Carnegie earlier in the season before running out 35-20 victors, face a proud Tigers line-up on the right side of the Pennines who have won four of their last six league games. With plenty of connections between the two sides - Tigers Chris Hall, Andy Craig, Tim Fourie and Jimmy Ponton all having played for the Yorkshire outfit, while Tykes' fullback Richard Welding is, of course, a former Tiger - it should be an interesting match-up to say the least.
