IT'S a big weekend for the club, with the First XV back in National Division One action with the tough trip to Old Deer Park to take on London Welsh.
One or two faces make a reappearance after injury but unfortunately skipper Jimmy Ponton has been unable to shake off a persistent shoulder injury and his place in the back row is taken by big South African, Jaco Swart.
'Chopper' has not played a first team game since he broke his leg and dislocated his ankle down at Moseley back in October. But after a run out in the seconds and a guest appearance for Sale Sharks he is back to add some size and aggression to the backrow.
Matt Riley returns to fullback which means Chris Hall can return to the wing, and with Ian Voortman returned from a family wedding back in South Africa it is a strong Tigers line-up that makes it's way to the capital.
Then on Sunday the Second XV go to Burnage in the Lancashire Cup 2nd round and take a side containing a mixture of experience and youth.
